The highest standards in sustainability and fire protection were met in the construction of a modern office and administration building.

As a high-traffic healthcare building, the newly constructed Surgical Clinic at the University
Hospital Heidelberg places special demands on the building materials used in terms of safety,
fire protection, efficiency and hygiene.

About 1,700m² of Kaiflex KKplus and 1,900m² of Kaiflex Protect Alu-TEC provide reliable pipeline protection against frost and heat, and ensure efficient production processes.

The new town hall in Täby (Sweden) meets the very highest standards with regard
to sustainability, as do the insulation materials used.

The Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo (the Netherlands) houses valuable paintings by old and modern masters – and a comprehensively renovated HVAC system, which thanks to highly efficient insulation conserves energy by 20 percent.

In Belgium, the Centre Hospitalier Chrétien bundled the activities of three hospitals at one
location. Building materials that meet high hygienic requirements were used in the newly
created clinic.

In the largest Kiev shopping center, ZUM, 13,300 m² of Kaiflex sheets and 19,200 m of tubes ensure maximum energy efficiency and permanent noise reduction.
