The triad for more innovation: environmentally friendly, quality conscious and energy efficient

As a developer of modern technologies in the field of elastomeric insulation products, Kaimann has committed itself to continuous improvement, further development and innovation. This claim not only applies to the manufactured products, but also to the company's environmental, quality and energy policy.

Kaimann thus vouches to tap into its energy efficiency potential and to reduce energy costs today and in the future. At the same time, we are also directing all our activities towards protecting nature, minimising environmental pollution and reducing the emission of environmentally harmful gases such as CO2. We therefore actively engage in various environmental protection initiatives such as those of the EIIF, Initiative PRO Klimaschutz, Energiepartner and Interseroh Partner.

The knowledge we gain from these flows back into the (further) development of our products. For example, when in use, the elastomeric insulation products of the Kaimann Kaiflex brand save the energy used to produce them (in terms of CO2) in next to no time. Moreover, during the production of Kaiflex insulation products, quality is the deciding parameter which also runs parallel to each and every process. The continuous inspection of the entire production process according to European standards ensures the on-going optimisation of all economic and environmental protection effects.

It is not without reason that this commitment has led to Kaimann passing its ISO 50001 audit in 2014. The company had previously obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2013. The proven technical expertise has since been supplemented by thorough knowledge of current laws, regulations and acts, such as the German Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV) or the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG). In addition to our experienced employees, the integrated management system (IMS) ensures that the relevant quality and environmental aspects are taken into consideration and implemented in a sustainable manner along the entire value added chain.
