Our tips for your application

Your application is your business card. Take the time to write it carefully and make sure you have completed all the documentation. At Kaimann, the HR department often only first gets to know you through your application. In discussion, too, with the specialist department that you have applied for, your application gives your future supervisor an important initial impression of you and your abilities.

In order for us to get a complete picture of you, your personality and your qualifications, your application to us must include the following documents:

The cover letter

Tell us why you are applying to Kaimann, what you find most interesting about your future duties and why you in particular are suitable for this position. We want to understand why you are exactly the right person for our team.

You'll help us by providing the following information:

  • Your earliest possible starting date,
  • Your salary expectations.

The CV

Your tabular CV forms the core of your application. It provides an overview of all the stages of your personal and professional development.

We would prefer you to arrange your tabular CV in chronological order according to an easily comprehensible structure.​

Certificates and references

Certificates and references substantiate the details provided in your CV.

Where possible, please provide a copy of a certificate or a reference for each stage of your training and professional development.

The format
